Top - consists of body and retractable leg section. Body section is 28” wide and 45” long; leg section is 20” wide by 27” long. Flush top on both sections is one piece heavy gauge stainless steel flanged downward forming a completely crevice free top. Furnished with permanent snap arrangement for holding snap on cushion pad. Working mechanisms are protected by stainless steel chrome plated side rails to accommodate sliding accessory sockets.
Base and Pump – Rectangular shaped base is covered with one piece stainless steel shield. Table rolls on four ball bearing casters. Four mechanical floor jacks immobilize table. Floor jack arrangement permits leveling of table on uneven surface. Casters are activated by paddles to left of head end. Pedal on right of table elevates and lowers table. Inverted elevating column completely enclosed with stainless steel shield. Pump mechanism is completely sealed and protected at all times. The fluid reservoir is a closed system, eliminates exposure to foreign matter. System permits lowering and raising of the table smoothly and easily without shock to the patient.
Controls – controls for operation of the leg section are located at the foot end of the table. Release of spring operated hand lever automatically positions and locks section at table. Release of spring operated hand lever automatically positions and locks section at table top level. When leg section is to be retracted, the dame lever drops the leg section into position to be quickly retracted. When retracted, leg section locks automatically into place. The leg section is capable of being locked in intermediate shelf position. The table top is capable of being articulated up to 30° trendelenburg and 25° reverse trendelenburg, by means of fold down control handle located on the head end of the table. Lateral tilt up to 10° in either direction is accomplished by means of a fold down control handle on the left side of the table. The back section is adjustable up to 60° by means of a fold down control handle at head end. A pedal is located at the head end of the table to operate retractable caster mechanism for movement of table. A second control pedal is provided at the head end of the table for elevating or lowering the table. Table dimensions: 73 1/3” long by 28” wide by 32 ½” high. Height range is 32 ½” to 43 ½”.
